This modern and comfortably equipped apartment-hotel (completed in spring 2004) consists of 4 building parts, which are spread over a pine-tree area of about 20,000 m2 on a small hill. Located on the outskirts, it is about 350 m from the beach, about 1 km from the center, and about 500 m from stores, restaurants and bars. The center has a green area with a large children's playground, a swimming pool (about 30 x 10 m) and a heated wellness pool. In the restaurant complex, on the first floor, you will find a cafeteria with a nice terrace, a self-service restaurant (buffet) and an à la carte restaurant. Half-board or individual meals in the self-service restaurant are available at an additional cost. Reception desk at the entrance to the facility (open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm). The individual 3-story buildings with a total of 147 apartments are equipped with elevators and have underground parking (for a fee). In one of the buildings, for a fee: wellness center with gym, sauna, steam bath and massages. There is also a multi-sports field. Daily entertainment for children in July/August.
The apartments are attractively and modernly furnished and have air conditioning (hot/cold), telephone, WIFI included, baby monitor, satellite TV (1 channel per country), safe and washing machine and a furnished balcony or terrace (small table + 2 chairs) .
